If you are not satisfied with your custom tune, please contact us first and we will gladly address your concerns.

Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our tuning service, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Upon display of the original sales invoice, we will return your vehicle programming to its original state and refund the tuning service costs in full.

To receive a refund for a product (installed or otherwise), the product must be returned in its original condition. Installation costs are not eligible for refund.
