Limited Warranty
Coverage
Revtronix Tuning (“Revtronix”) warrants its new products to be free from defects resulting from faulty manufacture or faulty components under the following terms and conditions:
If a defect exists, at its option, Revtronix will either:
- Repair the product.
- Exchange the product with a product that is functionally equivalent.
- Refund the purchase price of the product after receipt of the defective product.
Warranty Service
In order to receive warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase of the defective product. Please contact Revtronix with a description of your problem for further assistance and instruction.
When you return the product, please include the proof of purchase and ship as instructed by Customer Support. Ensure that product is packaged securely. Revtronix is not responsible for damage due to shipping.
Limitations
- This warranty is enforceable only by the original consumer.
- The following are not covered by the warranty:
b. Normal wear and tear.
c. Damage resulting from:
ii. Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Revtronix.
iii. Shipping or transport damage (claims must be made with the carrier).
iv. Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.
e. Removal or installation charges
The sole obligation and liability of Revtronix under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product at our option. Revtronix shall not, in any event, be liable for any incidental or consequential damage, including but not limited to damages resulting from interruption of service and loss of business, or for liability in tort relating to this product or resulting from its use or possession.
Revtronix does not warrant that this product will meet your requirements. It is your responsibility to determine the suitability of this product for your purpose.
